Rift Cabalist Strengths: The Cabalist’s sigils and ritual magics give him a significant advantage about the battlefield, for if given lots of time to fester, they'll eventually erupt inside a cascade of dark energy, destroying everything within range of the sigil’s host.

RIFT CABALIST BUILD: Top Skills

	Death's Dominion - Increases the damage of your Shadow’s Touch by 10%.		Leviathan's Mark - Reduces the cooldown of all of your Sigils by 30 seconds.
	Maelstrom - Summons powerful currents that pull up to 3 enemies within 15 meters of the target to the target’s location.		Nebulous Haze - Clouds the enemy's eyes, increasing their casting time by 20%. Lasts 15 seconds.
	Negation of Life - Increases your Obliterate’s modifier to Lurking Decay’s damage by 5%, plus an additional 1.8% per point spent in the Cabalist soul above 26.		Sigil of Ravaging - Invokes the Sigil of Ravaging on the Cleric. When consumed, the Sigil of Ravaging heals the Cleric for 100% of the damage done by Lurking Decay. Only 1 Sigil can be active at a time. Does not trigger a global cooldown.
	Surge - Increases the total enemies your Maelstrom can affect by 2.		Undertow - Your Maelstrom Snares the enemies it pulls, reducing their movement speed by 30% for 8 seconds.
